The FHSECO members are actively restoring our 1877 Little White Schoolhouse! Grants were awarded through the last several years from the Robert Hoag Rawlings Foundation and the Jonathan and Shari Fox Foundation. We have included pictures below.
2023 Robert Hoag Rawlings Grant
Painting/scraping done by Cindy Abert, Jason Gonzales and crew, water lines installation by City of Rocky Ford, Dustin Bryan and Steve Carlile, Furnace/AC installed by Kelly Howe, basement South wall restored by Jack Barker's crew.
2025 Robert Hoag Rawlings Grant
Roof completed by Schleigh and Sons
The Jackie Moore Cabin has been moved to the Little White Schoolhouse backyard at 407 North 12th Street in Rocky Ford. See the progression below.
2026 Jonathan & Shari Fox Foundation Grant
